I Love Volunteering work?
i love volunteering work i just wish i new were i can do some volunteer work in Wichita KS i have it done any volunteer work in a long time please help me if you can and i don't care want it is i love doing all time volunteering work because that's want i want more then any thing in the whole world please and thank up for help me..

I am not from your area but I would find a local senoir center, hospital, etc... Either one could help giude you in teh direction ,if not use you themselves. Also, you could try your city council person. Possibly, you could help victims of crimes, negelected children, etc... You are a rare person to go out of your way to help others. The world needs more like you.

About Why should I move to Wichita

Why should I move to Wichita?
I live in Greensboro NC and may end up working in Wichita KS. The job is great and would be one that I'd gladly stay at for the next 10-20 years based on the position and the company. I just don't know if I want to live in Wichita. Anyone from the area (now or in the past) that could tell me why Wichita would be a great place to move to? Thanks! :-)

Well, if you're into tornado-watcing as a hobby, Wichita is the place for you. Maybe you should take a trip out there and see if you really want to do this. Sorry, but Wichita isn't too impressive. My aunt used to live there. Cool that the job would be great, though. I guess it comes down to your own personal likes and dislikes. A realtor could probably direct you to the better parts of town, at least. Good luck!

Hi, I have lived in Wichita 10 years. I love it. It is very affordable and there are lots of things to do. We have a growing downtown with lots of concerts and live music. Every First Friday of the month we have a free band crawl. Every Final Friday of the month there is a free art crawl all over the downtown area. We have a ton of restaurants and decent shopping. There are a few stores that we don't have but I usually go to Kansas City if I need to go to those (it is a 3 hour drive). The Intrust Bank Arena recently was built ( http://www.intrustbankarena.com/ ) which means that we have even more things to do. I am about 7 months pregnant and do not see that I can afford to go back to work after our child is born, as I do not make very much money through my current full-time job.

Does anybody work at Wesley Hospital in Wichita, Ks? I have an interview there and I am wondering if they have good benifits and pay well? and do you like it?

Nope. Nobody works there.

My dad used to work there - it's a nice hospital. Try checking out the hospital website for beneits. I will tell you that the surgical staff is top-notch though! My dad now works at the Wichita Clinic though, and loves it there. What are you going into?
