About Which is the best college in Wichita KS for an Engineering degree

Which is the best college in Wichita KS for an Engineering degree?
I have an Associates from Delgado Community College in New Orleans, and I started work on a degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of New Orleans. I now live near Wichita Kansas and would like to start night classes again. I would appreciate any in-put on which local colleges have the best night programs and affordable prices. Thanks for any help.

Wichita State University is the only offering BA or MA for Mechanical Engineering and they have a good. Many students from all over come here for that degree. They do have some night classes. You may check with classes you might be missing to take from Butler Community College (near-by) also. They have a Pre-Engineering 2 year that matches the WSU program. Other (more expensive) options are University of Kansas or Kansas State University which are 2-3 hours away but offer distance courses. University of Kansas is also one of the few universities offering a reputable Industrial Design program that many mechanical engineering-inclined love to get into. When you move to Wichita try to live north of Kellogg for better quality, and west of main st or east of greenwich rd for cleaner air.

I had a co-worker that was in the same situation as yours. I worked at Little Caesars at the time. (a pizza place) so you could always try food service. Also, many parents need weekend babysitters so you could try that area as well. Other than that, try the typical teen jobs like at a local grocery store. Good luck! I am trying to find a job too!
